I hope wherever you are that your summer is going well.
This is Amy here to say we have finished shipping everything! Hooray! Thank you a million times over for your patience and support during this lengthy process.
For those of you looking for additional copies of the books, posters, and pins (or have friends that might be interested!) we've now made those available on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/shop/khallion.
Some additional updates:
We've identified that some specific email domains may have had an issue receiving emails from Backerkit, and as a result a small number of supporters never filled out their survey and have therefore not received their items. If at this point you have not received your book, please send me a message through Kickstarter and we can look into it.
We've reached out to everyone we've received a "return to sender" package for; if you haven't heard from me but have tracking indicating your book is with us, please let me know via Kickstarter messaging.

Hello!
We are back with some shipping updates for you: All of the books have shipped! Woo-hoo!
We've had some inquiries into how to purchase additional copies of the book - those can now be found in our ETSY shop here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/khallion
If your book has been returned to sender: we will be tackling re-shipments when we have finished shipping out the remaining Kickstarter posters and pins. We will reach out to you when we're ready.
If your book is damaged: please let us know. We will work with you to get a replacement book sent.
Pins and posters: Pin packs started shipping out this week and will likely take a few weeks to complete. An intern has just joined us for the summer, so we're hoping this helps to speed up the process as we work on the remaining pin and poster shipments!
I will be back to update you later this month on the status of all of these items.
In the meantime, from Karen and myself, thank you again for your incredible patience and support. The response to the book has been so wonderful to see and made the last two years of stress and efforts completely worth it!

Hi everyone,
Amy here to give you a status update!
The fulfillment company estimates that almost all books have now been shipped (there are just a handful that need some manual review and adjustment) and UPS picked up 1,500 orders just yesterday. With that in mind, we expect that the tracking information for these books will update in the coming days.
Please go directly to the UPS website and enter your tracking number to get the most recent shipment status. (When you click on your tracking number, if you're being routed to the "aftership" site, it won't reflect the most recent tracking details.).
We are still working on poster shipments and waiting on one last pin delivery before we'll begin packaging and shipping those.
If your book has been returned to sender, we will be reaching out to arrange reshipment; however, we will be focusing our efforts on getting remaining Kickstarter items shipped first and won't tackle reshipments until those are done.
If your book is damaged, please let us know. We will work with you to get a replacement book sent.
I will be back to update you in early June on the posters, pins and re-shipments! Thank you all for your continued patience.

Hi everyone!
Amy here with a few updates for you:
The fulfillment company has estimated that they are 85% done with shipping books and stickers! If you have a tracking number and it hasn’t moved, please don’t panic and give it a few more weeks. I will be back to do a final post when the fulfillment company has confirmed that they are 100% finished and we can investigate any missing packages at that time. We appreciate everyone's patience as we get everything wrapped up with the books!
Poster shipments are also approximately 75% finished; we are going to keep sending those out weekly and estimate they should be completed by mid-June at the latest. I will post to let everyone know when those are 100% done so we can look into any missing shipments at that time.
Pin shipments will not start shipping until early June – we do apologize but there were some production issues and we’re still waiting on a remake of several pins to be finished and shipped to us, which is the cause for delay. I will be back to update you when pins have begun shipping.
If you have ANY issues with your package being shown as delivered but you do not have it, please double check that you had the correct shipping address and then contact the delivery service (USPS, UPS) as soon as possible to start an inquiry; frequently they have either brought it to the wrong house or made some other minor error and can recover the item but only if you reach out to them immediately. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do on our end to assist with this process.
If your book is returned to us, we will work with you to arrange a second shipment but will not be tackling those until the original Kick starter shipments have been completed.
We appreciate everyone's support and I'll plan to send the next status update the week of May 22nd!

Hi everyone!
Amy here with some updates for you in regards to shipping - I am sorry that things are moving slowly but we are making progress! By my estimate, the fulfillment company is about one third of the way through shipping the books and stickers out. They have had some illnesses and set backs so it is taking longer than they initially anticipated.
This means that if you have not gotten a shipping email (or if you have gotten one, but the package appears to have not been picked up by UPS because the tracking isn’t updating) your order is still in progress! I know how anxious everyone is to get their items, so we really appreciate your patience for these final few weeks.
We have shipped about half of the posters so far and my hope is to have them all shipped by early/mid May.
For those of you who ordered pins, those likely won't start shipping until later in May. We have only received one of the six designs from the manufacturer but I'm hopeful we'll be able to have all pins shipped out in June.
Because we are doing split shipments, when you get your shipping notification email from backer kit, it will look like everything has shipped together – it hasn’t! The split shipments are a new feature to backerkit and this is something they are working on improving as it can clearly be a source of confusion.
A few tips that may make things smoother for you: when you get your tracking information, go directly to the UPS (or other carrier if needed) site, enter your tracking number, then sign up to be notified by email of your package’s movement through the system.
If you get a notice that your package has been delivered but you do not have it, please double check that you had the correct shipping address and then immediately contact the delivery carrier to ask about it; nine times out of ten, they can locate it if they mis-delivered it but only if you reach out quickly to ask.
